• Assist with site grading, staking, and measuring
• Support concrete placement and finishing tasks
• Operate small power tools and assist heavy equipment operators
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet project specifications

• Some experience in construction or general labor
• Ability to pass physical and drug screenings
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work extended hours and outdoor conditions
