- Laborer Renewables (Eligible to drive) role at Primoris Services Corporation

• Report to and assist the immediate supervisor.
• Perform quality work according to project specifications.
• Manage tools and materials responsibly at the end of shifts.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Measure distances from grade stakes, drive stakes, and stretch tight line.
• Grade stacks from lumber for reuse and level earth to fine grade specifications with shovel, aiding in pipe laying and excavation.
• Direct other laborers in concrete dumping, erect shoring, and pipe joint sealing.
• Assist in setting pumps, well-points, and heavy equipment alignment, including cranes and backhoes.
• Manage truck and scraper operations to maintain grades as directed.
• Participate in concrete paving tasks and occasionally use small power tools.
• May serve as lead man, exercising independent judgment and responsibility.
• Adhere to safety policies, including drug and alcohol policies, and pass required physical examinations.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier items, and work extended hours on uneven surfaces.
• Wear necessary PPE, including respirators when required.

• Some experience in industrial, construction, or general labor roles.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation.
• Compliance with safety requirements, including appropriate clothing and safety equipment.
