Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen

Salary Range: Starts at $22-$30 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

Who we are: We are a full-service Nationwide General Contractor, industry leader in disaster restoration. Service Master DSI is the largest Service Master franchise with locations nationwide, known for quality restoration, construction, and excellent customer service.

The Position: We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). Skills in multiple trades are preferred. Projects range from small repairs to complete home rebuilds. Enjoy consistent workload, supportive leadership, and a permanent position.

Compensation starts at $22-$30/hr, with a daily vehicle stipend. Paid holidays, PTO, a floating holiday (starting 2024), overtime at 40+ hours, and double time after 60 hours. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Note:

Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
