Clearance Requirement: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information;
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance required.
- Perform operations, analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, including breakers, transformers, switches, switch gear, relays, motor control centers, and other electrical apparatus in both field and shop environments.
- Utilize electrical test equipment and apply knowledge of complex electrical distribution systems to ensure equipment reliability and operational safety.
- Uphold safety standards while contributing to a secure work environment for colleagues and clients, supporting the successful execution of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and oversee facility operations, employing company software systems to manage job documentation from order receipt through final invoicing.
- Monitor and control material costs by identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions to minimize waste.
- Participate in emergency on-call rotations; respond promptly and effectively to customer issues during off-hours as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth across team functions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems
- Experience using trade drawings (architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil) to identify potential design and installation problems
- Knowledge of industry standards including NETA ATS/MTS, NEC, NFPA 70E, etc.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship is required for access to classified information.
- Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours)
- Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program
- Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program
- OEM certified field service training program
- NETA level III, or IV preferred

- The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including loading/unloading, operating equipment, and transporting materials. Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Relocates a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
- Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.
- Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls, and reaches overhead routinely.
- Vision (may be corrected), color vision, and hearing; ability to communicate in English.
- Demonstrates problem recognition and analytical reasoning.
Pay Range: USD $40.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
