• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with customers and support staff.
• Maintain a well‑stocked van and sharp tools.
• Deliver quality service and integrity every day.
• Reliability for nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies.
• Commit to training and certifications.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of commercial HVAC/r refrigeration experience (plus).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles; ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic technology skills; comfortable with mobile apps and documentation.

• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs; move heavy objects frequently.
• Comfortable operating in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces).
• Balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
• Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
• Adherence to all applicable safety procedures.
