Responsibilities:

Your Role:

• Inspect and install pest prevention and home protection systems.
• Collaborate effectively with your team of technicians to complete tasks.
• Provide attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry duties.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports with a handheld device.

Qualifications:

What We Are Seeking:

• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.
• A positive team player with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adapt your daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, in tight spaces, and on rooftops.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a metal brake for bending or shaping metal materials.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Capacity to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days; training will be company-paid.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics and crawlspaces.
• Mandatory use of PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.
