Due to promotion, we have an opening for Full-stack .NET Developer Team Lead on our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team! The person in this role guides their team through assigning tasks, conducting code reviews, and setting coding standards for complex projects. Collaborating closely with other Developer Leads, Product Management, Quality Control, and IT, this individual aligns product features with business goals, ensures quality releases, supports infrastructure needs, and mentors developers to become key contributors.

This role is part of QT9’s Leadership Team.

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC / Web Forms, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Assign development tickets to product team
• Code reviews of team enforcing global QT9 Software coding standards
• Difficult development projects setting product on correct trajectory and allowing for members of development team to follow lead’s coding standard for complex development
• Manage builds for major, minor, and bug fix releases to customers on product
• Assist developers on team and coach team to “level up” to major contributors
• Interface with product manager on direction of business rules and features needed in product
• Interface with QC team on quality control / validation process
• Assist in launching new sites for validation, development, and customer needs
• Work with IT team on design practices to match infrastructure changes, troubleshooting live production sites as they may affect infrastructure, permissions and needs for lead as well as customers and IT team on web infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 1- 3 years in leadership roles.
• 1.5+ years of ERP development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC / WEB FORMS, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
