Varsity Head Coach - Girls Flag Football

Aurora Central Catholic High School seeks a Varsity Girls Flag Football Head Coach to join a growing Athletics department committed to seeing student-athletes succeed in all their endeavors. • Bachelor’s degree
• Head coach experience, ideally in a high school, college, or university setting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented individual with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to represent the school and program in a professional and enthusiastic manner to on and off campus constituencies.
• Knowledge of social media and methods of program promotion.

Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Varsity Girls Flag Football Head Coach will be responsible for the following:

• Supervises and operates all phases of a competitive flag football program.
• Plans, organizes and administers all in‑season practice sessions.
• Oversees the issuing and collecting of all equipment, uniforms, supplies, and materials.
• Creates an environment that encourages participation and implements methods to grow the flag football program in its first year starting fall of 2026.
• Maintains positive public relations with the community through an assortment of events including camps and clinics.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of IHSA rules and regulations.
• Supports the mission, vision, and values of Aurora Central Catholic High School and the Rockford Archdiocese.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
