* * North America Logistics department is seeking a
** Logistics Specialist
** to join our team. This role involves various responsibilities related to material flow, product and service oversight, process implementation, system enhancement, and supply chain support. Specific duties include inventory control, coordinating critical parts, managing import-export regulations, assessing volume capacity, and integrating with third parties. The Logistics Specialist will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, contributing to automation, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
Additionally, the specialist will monitor internal metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels with our warehouse providers.

* What You’ll Do:
**
* ** Daily tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to/from the 3PL warehouse. Coordination with the warehouse provider on investigating delayed inbound and outbound shipments.**
* ** Develop analytical reports to drive cross-functional continuous improvement meetings with internal and external parties.**
* ** Data maintenance of our ERP System to ensure accurate data and visibility to the Entegris supply chain.**
* ** Daily processing of system transactions to support the 3PL warehouse on maintaining accuracy levels of assets, raw materials, and finished goods.**
* ** Identifying and driving cost saving projects.**
* ** Supporting new warehouse deployment projects as needed.**
* ** Responsible for training the 3PL warehouse on Logistics Standard Operating Procedures. The specialist is required to audit the 3PL’s training documents to verify compliance.**
* ** Report and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to align with our compliance requirements.**
* ** Will lead and coordinate quality investigations with internal and external parties to drive continuous improvements.**
* ** Follow PACE values and conduct best business practice according to our Global Logistics standards.
**** What We Seek:**
* ** Goal-oriented style of work to ensure that department targets and corporate goals are accomplished.**
* ** Strong written and oral communication skills.**
* ** Provides strong analytical understanding and critical thinking skills.**
* ** May require periodic travel to the distribution center for operational overview.**
* ** The ability to comprehend complex tasks to streamline and optimize.
**** Outstanding Candidates Will Have****:**
* ** Bachelor’s degree (Related studies: Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing)**
* ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**
* ** Experience with Power BI reporting**
* ** Experience with SAP**
* ** Minimum experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing of 3 years is preferred

* Compensation: $67,000 - $75,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
