$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Assist Planner in tracking, monitoring, and organizing all outbound and inbound paperwork.
• Support paperwork compliance by auditing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle daily dispatch duties, including weighing trucks, accounting for fuel, and assisting with container moves.
• Serve as a liaison between the Planner and Billing Department, ensuring clean documentation is submitted for billing.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers.

• Bilingual preferred, proficiency in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
• Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet program.
• Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.
• Typing and record-keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
• A customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.
