Ready to build a career with a company that’s leading the food service industry? Our current schedule is Sunday-Thursday starting between 5pm-7pm. Shifts are approximately 10-12 hours long. Selectors start at $18/hr and can move up to $32.56/hr plus incentives once selecting at 97% or above in the dry area, cooler, and freezer. • Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisle and return pallet jacks to charging area.

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from
  -5 to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product per shift.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for trainings, safety coaching, labeling, and reporting.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience within the past 6 months in a high endurance or highly physical activity role preferred (lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.).
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
