General Labor​/Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/ Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 18.00 - 19.00 USD hourly

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously across an 8–10 hour shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform varied day-to-day warehouse duties and work overtime or weekend shifts during peak operational demands

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers, containers, and delivery trucks
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets and utilize shrink wrap to prep goods safely for transport or storage
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks and stage stock in designated warehouse bays
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by sweeping aisles and disposing of trash
