Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Accountant with strong financial reporting, month‑end close, and ERP experience. This role is ideal for candidates coming from public accounting (Big 4 or mid‑tier) or from a corporate accounting team within industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environments.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Perform and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support audits and maintain compliance with GAAP
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and workflow accuracy
• Serve as a key user for ERP systems and support process automation
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional projects
• Complete ad hoc analysis and support special projects

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress strongly preferred)
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting audit experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
