- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or related field
- 2–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field
- Experience in assembly, production environments, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Process mapping and workflow development
- Time studies and line balancing
- Root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)
- Layout design (Visio, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Data analysis (Excel; Power BI preferred)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with strong shop-floor presence
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Experience in ISO-regulated environments
- Experience with automation, controls, or testing systems
- Throughput and cycle time improvement
- Bottleneck utilization
- First-pass yield (FPY)
- Ergonomic risk reduction
- CAPEX ROI achievement
- On-time completion of projects
- Combination of shop floor and office environment
- Frequent interaction with production personnel and cross-functional teams
- Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting in a manufacturing setting
