, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy department. Located on a serene wooded campus in Ohio, we are a family‑owned and operated skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional, resident‑centered rehabilitation services in a warm and supportive environment.
Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides skilled physical therapy treatments to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

- Administer physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility
- Monitor and document resident progress and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary care team
