Responsible for leading and maintaining the Company's Integrated Management System and for providing oversight and direction of production quality across all manufacturing operations.

• Own and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), including documentation and governance
• Ensure audit readiness, consistent standards and effective correction actions
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, corrective/preventative actions, and interface with registrars/customer audits
• Provide oversight and standardization of production quality performance across plants
• Oversee quality engineers and provide functional leadership to plant quality roles
• Ensure consistent quality procedures, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with EHS leadership to ensure environmental and safety requirements are embedded in management system processes
• Support customer quality requirements, investigations, and systemic improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and two to five years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology. Employment is contingent upon thyssenkrupp’s ability to obtain any required export authorization from the appropriate government agency or agencies.
