Job Summary:

PCB through hole Touch-up, Selective Solder Operator Technician

The Technician will work under the general supervision of the PCB Manufacturing Supervisor to inspect and touch-up Through-hole parts and learn to operate the selective solder machine.

• Touch-up/solder Through-hole components and learn to touch-up SMT (Fine pitch, SOIC, etc.).
• Install complicated board modifications using a microscope.
• Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal.
• Perform visual inspection of PCB’s for IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements.
• Basic soldering and de-soldering with a hand held soldering equipment is necessary.
• Ability to track and request work supplies as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a productive working relationship.
• Performs other duties as assigned including moving of material as needed.

• -MUST HAVE experience with: touch-up/solder components (one year minimum)
• - The ideal candidate will have assembly experience and the ability to make piece parts on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be available to work 1st shift. (Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm)
• Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment.
• - Two years of electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.​
• Lean Manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: $18.00+ Per Hour DOE (Weekly Pay)

Duration: Approx. 6 Month Contract With Potential To Be Hired-In For Strong Performance
