Electromechanical Assembler 1
GE Health Care is looking for an Electromechanical Assembler 1 to join our production team in Aurora, OH.
Pay: $20 per hour plus perfect attendance bonus.
Hours: 40 hours a week with overtime.

Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work procedures, schematics, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required.
- Perform manufacturing/assembly operations on one or two production lines, following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintain daily production output.
- Participate in quality control inspections.
- Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned, may include participation in quality and LEAN activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
- Comply with EHS and quality procedures, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED/local equivalent.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting basic written technical information.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality‑mindful work habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Thru‑hole and surface‑mount soldering experience.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
