Responsibilities- Completes maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance
- Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability
- Troubleshoots AC / DC motor drives
- Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner
- Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems
- Identifies parts and materials required for repairs and arranges procurement
- Informs appropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needs to minimize downtime
- Maintains safe and clean work environment
- Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Performs other duties as required
- 5+ years' experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance
- PLC troubleshooting experience highly preferred;
Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledge desired - Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously
- Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Good verbal, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
