As a 12 Hour Overnight Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with your team and supervisor to ensure safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities every shift.
- Operating and monitoring plastic extrusion machinery to keep production flowing smoothly
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify precision
- Making basic adjustments to machinery to optimize performance
- Completing detailed production and quality documentation accurately
- Assisting with routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in top shape
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Following all safety procedures and quality protocols to ensure a compliant workplace
- One to three years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with an eye for detail
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds comfortably
- Experience with measurement tools like calipers or micrometers is a plus
- Forklift experience is a bonus but not required
