PRN Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN (Healthcare)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. PRN positions available, offering flexible 12 hour, 8 hour, and 4 hour shifts.

Compensation
  • LPN: Earn up to $37/hr
  • RN: Earn up to $43/hr
  • Additional 2nd & 3rd shift differentials
  • Attendance bonuses for full-time staff

What You'll Do

As an LPN/RN on our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
  • Supervising day-to-day care delivered by STNAs
  • Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Ensuring resident safety, sanitation, and comfort
  • Completing accurate and timely charting/documentation
  • Consulting with physicians regarding care plans
  • Notifying family and physicians of changes in condition or incidents
  • Obtaining lab specimens as ordered
  • Participating in new staff orientation
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications
  • Active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required)
  • CPR certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience (required)
