Customer Service Representative (Waterway Carwash)

Waterway Carwash is hiring Customer Service Associates at our Bainbridge, Pepper Pike, and Hudson locations. Every day is an opportunity to shine while you sell premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and retail items in a flexible, team‑based environment.

• Compensation: average $19 per hour (base $15.25 + sales bonuses)

• Friendly, engaging and positive attitude
• No experience required; customer service, retail or sales experience preferred

• Current and valid driver’s license
• Professional demeanor, behavior and appearance per company policy
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely
• Compliance with local/state health code for food service and soda fountain
• Meet local/state age requirements for tobacco and alcohol sales where applicable
• Complete required training and certifications

• Provide excellent, timely customer service at the convenience store, pay terminal or fuel pumps
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships and elective purchases
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized environment
• Keep store merchandise stocked, displays clean, and take inventory as directed
• Maintain point‑of‑sale accuracy using tablets, payment terminals and other technology
• Follow Waterway policies, procedures and safety guidance
• Perform various administrative tasks (bank deposits, supply handling, etc.)
• Other functions as directed by management

• Outdoor work year‑round, exposure to weather, gasoline fumes, machinery and noise
• Extended standing, bending, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, driving vehicles, reaching high/low
• Fast‑paced workflow, continuous standing and movement, professional disposition under pressure
• Visual and hearing acuity; fluent English communication
• Arithmetic and data entry skills
• Attendance: regular, punctual, include weekends, extended hours, overtime, holidays
