Position SummaryThis role is a senior executive position focused on new business acquisition and market expansion in Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 accounts. The primary intake is a $200M Tier‑1 quota and a $50M Tier‑2 quota, targeting the hyperscale data center market.
Primary Duties- Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve quota for Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 customers.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, presenting deep product expertise.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Record all activity in CRM and maintain data accuracy.
- Tier‑1: 20+ years in senior or executive sales with a proven record of new customer acquisition.
- Tier‑2: 10+ years in power quality sales with portfolio development of new and existing customers.
- Experience selling mission‑critical power products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the sales process.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of GenAI tools and use‑cases appreciated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
