Handyman – Residential Construction

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and flooring.

• Assist with construction and remodeling projects as required.

• Install fixtures, fittings, and appliances safely and efficiently.

• Identify and troubleshoot repair needs within residential units.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

• Collaborate with construction supervisors, engineers, and other team members to complete assigned tasks.

• Provide professional service and support to clients when needed.

• High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.

• Proven skills in one or more areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, or general construction.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy materials, and work in various environments.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in handyman services, construction, or residential maintenance work.

• Experience working in residential projects or construction sites is highly desirable.

• Full‑time position:
  Monday to Saturday

• Standard work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods.
