Base pay: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Experience working with power tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
