Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a diligent Shipping and Receiving Worker to join our team. This role involves packaging and preparing small customer orders for shipment, ensuring the safe delivery of products, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.

• Package and prepare small customer orders for shipment.
• Bubble wrap, tape, box, and secure products to ensure safe delivery.
• Print shipping labels and shipping documentation using a computer.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are packaged according to customer requirements.
• Assist with picking, packing, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse software to track shipments.
• Cross-train on forklift operation and material movement within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, packing, or order fulfillment.
• Comfortable using a computer to print labels and enter shipment information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, package, and verify orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn forklift operation.

• Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts is beneficial.

This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
