Administrative Assistant - Austell/ Atlanta, GA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Compose and type routine correspondence using word processing programs.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.
  • Assist in creating pricing within Sales Portal.
  • Distribute, via e‑mail, monthly price changes to retail customers.
  • Assist in data entry for monthly programming and pricing.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond appropriately.
  • Answer supplier questions and complete their requests.
  • Prepare trackers for Retail Wine Department.
  • Assist management in completing month‑end processes.
  • Update corporate sales calendar, PTO calendar, and Retail Wine calendar per management’s requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for Retail Wine Department.
  • Prepare sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e‑mail and faxes.
  • Provide back‑up administrative support to other sales divisions as needed.
  • Assist suppliers in ordering and picking up samples.
  • Organize, update, and maintain file system, files correspondence and other records. Retrieve files as needed.
  • Run various computer reports for suppliers and company management and deliver as scheduled.
  • Assist in maintaining supplier chargebacks and incentives.
Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook.
