This dispatch position pays $9-$11 per booked call

In this full-time customer service position, we count on you to keep our customers happy, our field team on time, and our sales numbers up. Each day, you arrive at work ready to complete a variety of important tasks, including answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching our technicians. After a technician is dispatched, you communicate estimated arrival times and any potential delays to our customers.

You also reschedule any appointments when necessary. You love providing excellent customer service to our clients and crucial coordination to our technicians as well as making critical sales!

This full-time dispatch position works Monday through Friday. On-call hours are required every 3 weeks for after-hours dispatching.

• Experience with a home service company is preferred
• Experience with a large volume of incoming/outgoing calls preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent typing and phone skills
• Good driving record
