SummaryThe Customer Service Accounting Representative (CSAR) is responsible for working with customers face‑to‑face, via phone, or email to handle collections and allocate payments.

CompensationThis hourly, non‑exempt position pays from $18.75 to $21.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $40,000 and $46,200 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Job Requirements- Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
- Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.
- Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
- Build and maintain company customer relationships.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions as needed.
- Appropriately identify and elevate customer issues.
- Complete sales transactions and process payments.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to keep account transactions up to date.
- Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with the team.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with PCs and navigation in a multi‑window environment.
- Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
