PRN Respiratory Therapist – Non-NICU Nights

Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessments in critical care settings.

• Provide patient care through ventilator management, airway procedures, aerosolized medications, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for planning and implementing patient care, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Educate patients, families, and mentor new staff and students.
• Promote a positive work environment and team approach.
• Ensure accurate documentation, support performance improvement initiatives, and adhere to policies.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS required at hire.
• 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills.
