Registered Respiratory Therapist II

Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings.

• Provide compassionate patient care, education, and support to patients and their families.
• Perform complex procedures such as ventilator management, airway management, arterial blood gas analysis, and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety through accurate documentation, medication safety, and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications:
  
  NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Prof, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire.
• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and databases.
