• Deliver high-quality patient care through ventilator management, airway management, and aerosolized medication administration.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling, assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures, and coordinate patient treatments.
• Educate patients, families, and support systems; mentor and precept new staff and students.
• Promote a safe environment by ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support evidence-based practices and comply with organizational policies and standards.

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; proficient computer and database skills.

Assist with diagnostic testing, invasive procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain a focus on patient safety and continuous professional development.
