Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of a designated shift in a healthcare setting, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of patient care. Acts as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, patients, and families by providing direct patient care, medication administration, and maintaining equipment functionality. Supports onboarding, training, and staff evaluation, while promoting quality improvement initiatives and safety standards.

• Lead shift activities by analyzing patient needs, assigning staff, and facilitating interdisciplinary communication.
• Monitor equipment and supply inventory, assist with staffing levels, and support staff training and orientation.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical practices, participate in process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct patient rounds to evaluate care quality, implement quality improvement, and promote safety initiatives.

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas such as ICU, CVICU, BURN, NICU, or Emergency Departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills to support high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
