Part-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist II

Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessments in critical care settings.

• Provide patient-centered care, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and support systems, mentor new staff and students, and participate in staff development.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care by promoting evidence-based practices, accurate documentation, and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary testing, and cardiac service procedures as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and support performance improvement efforts.

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy; certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP required.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills; ability to establish professional relationships.
