PRN Respiratory Therapist - Non-NICU Nights

Role:
Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessments, primarily in critical care settings.

• Provide patient-centered care, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and aerosolized treatments.
• Perform assessments, collaborate with healthcare team members, and verify orders.
• Educate patients and mentor new staff and students.
• Ensure safety and quality through adherence to protocols, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary testing, and cardiac services as needed.

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Valid NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills; ability to establish professional relationships.
