• Implement and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, providing education and discharge instructions.
• Establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans alongside physicians and patients.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and educational activities according to departmental protocols.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and organize workload efficiently.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment, applying customer service principles and service recovery techniques.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and support new staff orientation.
• Adhere to organizational policies, safety, infection control, and dress code requirements.

• Educational requirement:
  Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses and certifications:
  Valid PT license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Skills:
  
  Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
