Part-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist II

Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessments in critical care settings.

• Provide patient-centered respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and students on respiratory health and procedures.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care by adhering to protocols, documentation standards, and safety initiatives.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practices.
• Assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Support staff development and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• 0-1 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills.
