Occupational Therapist; OT; Outpatient Rehab - Neuro; Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

• Assessment, planning, and implementation of rehabilitative programs to restore or enhance function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
• Developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, including education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education according to departmental guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices.
• Providing excellent customer service using AIDET principles, fostering teamwork, and encouraging a positive environment.
• Participating in professional development, mandatory education, and onboarding activities to maintain licensure and skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, team orientation, and basic computer skills.
