Position Summary:
The HRBP Supervisor acts as a strategic partner to warehouse operations and management, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. This role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance improvement, and workforce planning to support operational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the HR business partner for warehouse operations, guiding HR policies, labor compliance, and workforce management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Partner with line managers to implement performance management systems, incentive programs, and training initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Monitor labor contractors and third‑party workforce compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide HR data reporting and analysis to support operational decision‑making.
- Lead or support HR projects related to employee engagement, workplace safety, and organizational development.
- Supervise HR staff or coordinators as required, ensuring timely execution of HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 3–5 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to partner with operations leadership and manage a large frontline workforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
- Bilingual (English and Chinese).
