Job Title: General Manager - Commercial Laundry

Seeking an experienced and results‑driven General Manager to lead and oversee our commercial laundry operations, specializing in servicing high‑end hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, customer service, and business development within the laundry, hospitality, or related industry. This role requires a leader who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain high‑quality service standards, and drive business growth.

• Oversee daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery.
• Implement and maintain operational best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating at peak performance, minimizing downtime.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotel clients, ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
• Work closely with sales and account management teams to retain and expand client partnerships.

• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze financial reports and operational data to improve profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize expenses and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Has full P&L responsibility over assigned facility.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team across all departments.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of laundry operations, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive business growth.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in managing high‑end clients.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with laundry management software (preferred).
