This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austell, GA, for a Terminal Manager at P.B. Industries, Inc. The Terminal Manager will oversee daily terminal operations, manage staff and drivers, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include optimizing logistics efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, supervising terminal personnel, and implementing training programs to enhance team performance. The Terminal Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven experience in Supervisory Skills and Training to effectively lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of Terminal Operations and Operations Management to ensure efficient and compliant day-to-day processes.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics or transportation management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems for operational and logistics management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, or a related field is preferred.
