We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding service to our residents.
Position OverviewWe are hiring a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to manage and treat resident wounds, provide ongoing education to residents and families, and uphold the highest standards of clinical nursing practice. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to deliver excellent care with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wound care in accordance with established Standards of Nursing Practice
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized wound treatment plans
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and other nursing responsibilities
- Educate residents and families on wound prevention, treatment, and best practices
- Maintain consistent, high-quality, and safe nursing care
