Responsibilities& Growth
In the ICU, your role encompasses the full spectrum of critical care responsibilities and professional growth pathways. You’ll assess and monitor critically ill patients, interpret hemodynamic data, titrate vasoactive medications, manage ventilator settings, and implement sepsis and ARDS protocols with precision. You’ll collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and specialists to devise and execute care plans that optimize outcomes.
