PositionRN or LPN Unit Manager
As a Unit Manager, you’ll oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, lead nursing staff, and play a key role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor residents’ conditions
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance
- Administer treatments and medications per physician’s orders
- Ensure accurate documentation and charting
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and family members
