Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide direct patient care in critical care environment as part of interdisciplinary team
• Perform complete nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship‑based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Partner with patients and significant others through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for other professional nurses and staff
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi‑state Compact), BLS, ACLS within 180 days
• Must have diploma or BSN from accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast‑paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
