Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care​/Orthopedic​/Trauma Surgery – Part Time

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and cultural competency to individualize patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities: They coordinate care through effective communication and partnerships with patients and families, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, an active RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively. Basic computer skills, critical thinking, and excellent time management are essential.
