Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and partnering with patients and families. Practice aligns with evidence-based standards, promoting cultural competence and service excellence. Collaborate effectively, document accurately, participate in quality improvement, and support research initiatives. Lead and mentor colleagues, develop protocols, and utilize resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Licensed as an RN (single state or multi-state compact) with current BLS certification. Education required is an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing;
Bachelor’s preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies professionally.
