Registered Nurse – MedSurg​/Acute Care​/Post-Surgical​/Burn​/Bariatric – Nights

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on patient goals.
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery, promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and respect within the clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance to enhance care quality.
• Support professional development by completing required training, mentoring others, and fostering a healthy work environment.
• Uphold organizational policies, legal standards, and clinical competencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing school preferred.

Knowledge of nursing standards and ethics, excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
