Registered Nurse; RN MedSurg​/Acute Care​/Post Surgical​/Burn​/Bariatric Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They utilize evidence-based practices, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Providing culturally sensitive, relationship-based care tailored to patient needs.
• Partnering with patients and families via effective communication and education.
• Ensuring documentation aligns with safety and quality standards.
• Participating in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance.
• Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to promote professional growth.
• Supporting resource development and protocol creation for best practices.
• Complying with organizational policies, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
