• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary communication, and respectful environment.
• Engage in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and protocol development to support workforce excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations, including health system safety goals.

• Minimum education:
  
  Associate's or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses:
  Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Experience:
  
  Less than 1 year of clinical patient care experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to perform comprehensive assessments, prioritize care, collaborate effectively, and adhere to clinical standards.
